Landing page - User Acceptance Testing (USA ONLY)
Budget: $10 – $30 USD
Problem: We are a company that create personal videos, host them on our landing pages, and sends them out via email or sms. We are going to send a lot of films to end users and would like to know if our landing pages and videos plays smoothly being hosted here in EU.
This should take 15-30 minutes maximum.
Step 1:

Step 2:
Enable device Screen record on mobile/PC, check if the landing page loads quickly and check if the videos are playing smoothly on:
- A computer with wifi (On your computer browser, right click the landing webpage and go to “Inspect” and go to the “Network” tab option, take a screenshot of the the loading time on each file)
- A phone with wifi
- A phone with mobile network
For each device tested, a screen recording video file must show evidence of:
-Initial access to the landing page (opening sequence);
-Complete loading and the video played successfully for a minimum of 10 seconds.;
Step 3:
Complete a QA template .word document which provides a concise detail of your findings, including the device name and operating system and short, basic QA user testing questions.
Step 4:
Forward all documents and the screen record video footage in a .zip folder per Device (I.e. Desktop/Iphone 13/Samsung S8) - Country - Last Name, via WeTransfer.
Optional Step 5:
Complete all Step 1 to 4
All additional devices tested such as additional phones/computer/networks will offer an additional 6$ rate per device, the more detailed the report the better.
In a nutshell:
The task is simple, should take no more than 30 minutes.
One video on desktop, mobile Wi-Fi and mobile data, accessing all 3 links and playing the buffered video for 10 seconds.
- video 1: desktop (any operating system) accessing all three links;
- video 2: mobile Wi-Fi (any mode phone or os) accessing all three links:
- video 3: mobile on mobile data (any mode phone or os) accessing all three links:
Fill out 1 QA form for each device ( very simple ), put it in a zip and name it (I.e. Desktop/Iphone 13/Samsung S8) - Country - Last Name, via file transfer.
Additional details:
-All files will be scrutinised for any malicious files, any evidence of foul play will be dealt with accordingly together with UpWork;
- Submissions will not be accepted & paid without a screen recording;
- All files are to be in video format form, with exception to the QA template.
- Each time a device is tested, a separate QA template must be completed.
