Landing page

I am just looking for a simple landing page with a submission form ; Name, number - email for a website. then obv a short template im good with Wordpress etc where I go in and change the "games" offered everyday. I sell sports information. Companys name is "LeveredLines" just want it to be clean, and function correct with our PayPal. cashapp and zelle avaliable. I have a few landing pages I can show you as examples. Basically we send out text message "blasts" to 10k people and it brings them to this site, once they pay on Paypal, they add their name, number and email here, in the correct format. pretty simple - I attached our old company logos but have new ones, just wanted to give you an idea. and I want to use a GOLD and Black and green/light blue scheme to the landing page please. need someone responsive and willing to work hard to get it done
