Landing page

I want skillful person who is able to build simple landing page to be like an exhibition for sites which offer videos content,this landing page will gather promo videos and paners with the offers from different sites,and when the client click on the links on my landing page he will be directed to the original site and when he pays for the original site to get full access to the contents i get ratio money from this process
