Landing Page made on Lead Pages - PLEASE READ BRIEF FIRST

PLEASE READ BEFORE EVEN SUBMITTING A BID AND MESSAGING ME. I WILL IGNORE AUTOMATED MESSAGES AS IT SHOWS YOU HAVE NOT EVEN READ THE BRIEF!!!
I am going to post this again more clearly and honestly I had so many bids and messages that I simply got fed up. Many of the websites lets be honest was nowhere near what I envisioned and clearly not tailored to what I want.
I do not need you to ask how I am etc. I have a job for you. If you can do it then thats great. If not, then don't worry.
I need someone who can actually see what I am, so what I am trying to sell should also show on the background image or video. I do prefer the video style personally but both are fine.
The website has to be developed so it can work on Lead Pages NOTHING ELSE.

What I want from you?
On the attachment, you will see a spec for ONLY the Top Section of my Landing Page. It has the info on there that you would need to potentially create one.
Obviously, I know its not for everyone so if you can create a sample using what I have given then just simply send a screenshot of the top section.
If it catches my eye, then yeah sure lets work together.
If you can't create the free sample of a screenshot then don't worry I do not wish to hear from you. If someone can take there time to do one and know they are really good at what they do, then they will not hesitate.
For me, its about getting the best person for my job.
About us?
The company is Research & Development (R&D)Claim company so we are Tax Agents that help companies claim money back from HMRC.
If I like what you have provided, I can give you the full job and will send the remainder of the spec with milestones.
