Landing Page Creator - Layout & Sales Copy

Hello,
Skills for this position: 65% sales copy, 35% layout and design.
I am looking for an experienced landing page creator to build high converting landing pages for myself and clients. This will require creating the layout and writing the website copy.
The purpose of these pages will be to generate leads - Primarily people CALLING on the phone for an estimate or to book an appointment.
Pages will be built in WordPress using a VISUAL BUILDER which will be installed on the site ahead of time. The visual builder may be different depending on the client, but will generally be one of these: WPbakery Page Builder, Elementor, or Muffin Builder 3.
You must have a good idea of what to include on the landing page to help boost conversions, such as trust symbols, testimonials and good sales language.
Pages are intended to rank in organic search as well, so a general understanding of SEO is important for on-page optimization. You will not be responsible for ranking the pages, just including keyword optimization and content.
Landing pages should be designed to match the general color and branding of the rest of the website.
Here's the general process for each landing page:
1) I will send you a landing page from a different website for you to use as a design template.
2) You duplicate the layout with the visual builder as best you can, matching the color scheme and branding of the client.
3) You rewrite the content so that it is unique and tailored to the client's special offer and business.
4) If there are multiple products/services, you'll duplicate the landing page you created and rewrite the content for each product/service.
With this job post I currently have need for 10 landing pages. As more work comes in, if you do a good job, you will be the first person I go to for future work.
