Landing Page Creation

I am looking for a freelancer who can create a landing page for lead generation. The main goal of the landing page is to generate leads for a marketing agency. I don't have a specific design or layout in mind, but I do have some preferences that I would like to discuss with the freelancer. The type of lead generation form that I prefer is a pop-up form.
