LMS with react.js (Fullstack Developer needed)

We bought a react.js frontend template for courses. Now we need someone who can programming the backend, and redesign / setup the frontend for best use. Finally we need a complete working LMS with Frontend / Backend including Database, which is deployed to an cloudservice.
