LMS Development for Language School

I am looking for a proficient LMS developer to create an LMS specifically tailored for a language school.

Core Functionality:
- Course Management: The system should allow easy setup and management of various language courses.
- Student Progress Tracking: It should have robust tracking capabilities to monitor student progress and performance throughout the course.
- Online Assessments: The system should facilitate online tests and quizzes to assess student understanding and retention.

Content Support:
- Document Handling: The LMS needs to have the ability to support and manage various document types as course materials.
- Interactive Quizzes: The system should incorporate the capability to create and manage interactive quizzes as part of the course content.

Access:
