LIVE INSTRUCTION REQUIRED TO HELP SET UP HOSTING AND BASIC WEB SITES

THIS IS THE FULL REQUIREMENT:
I need to set up a couple of basic web sites using templates and an online host. They are basic and standard functions, nothing out of the ordinary but I have no experience in doing this. I have already tried to set up sites on Wix etc so I have some idea but I want some one to help specifically IN THIS WAY: 1. I want someone t INSTRUCT me, item by item while setting up and building the site. To do this we will need to connect on a chat facility like Signal so that we can work alongside each other and see the same thing, for speed of communication. I don't want to be sending back and forth complicated technical emails. I want LIVE instruction to answer the questions I need answering THERE AND THEN. 2. I want a clear set of instructions from start to finish of how to set up the sites. I have 2 small sites to begin with. I will pay an hourly rate for the LIVE assistance. I DO NOT WANT SOMEONE TO "DO IT FOR ME" IF YOU ARE A WEBSITE BUILDER AND YOU ARE INTERESTED IN BUILDING MY WEBSITES FOR ME - DO NOT CONTACT ME OR MAKE ANY BIDS - I'M NOT INTERESTED. THE POINT OF THIS AND THE PRODUCT OF THIS IS THAT I WILL KNOW HOW TO SET UP A SIMPLE WEBSITE BY MYSELF AT THE END OF THIS!!
