LGBTQ/Boy Love WordPress Anime Theme Development

I'm seeking a skilled WordPress developer to create a unique, bright and vibrant LGBTQ/Boy love Anime theme for my future website that will be supporting an online dress-up game. The theme should be browser and mobile-friendly and feature:
- Customizable Homepage Layout: The theme should allow for easy rearrangement of elements on the homepage to suit different content needs.
- Blog Functionality: The theme should support a blog section that's easy to update and navigate.
- Menu on the Left: I would like the menu to be positioned on the left side of the page.
- HTML Linking: The theme should support HTML linking as this theme will be used to house an online dress-up game.
The ideal candidate for this role should have experience with WordPress theme development, particularly in creating unique, visually striking, and functional themes. Experience with responsive design and anime-related content is a plus. The ability to work closely with me to understand my vision and deliver a theme that meets both aesthetic and functional requirements is crucial.
