Knight Quest Venue Website

We need to build us a website for our Concert/Festival/Wedding Venue. I would like for the creator of the website to sign NDA and read the business plan before collaborating with me on integrating the wish list of things we need on the website. Some but not all examples are ticket purchase, scheduler, sponsor spots, etc., etc. We have most of all the photo and video content but need the creator to have creative writing skills to help with writing content. We have a domain name and hosting paid through godaddy.com but need help with walk through on how to allow access to the freelancer to build and help finishing the publishing process.
