Joomla 4.4.10 Travel Website Design

I'm seeking a website design for a Joomla 4.4.10 based travel business site. The design should be creative and bold and should also incorporate a bright and vibrant color scheme.
Ideal skills and experience for the job include:
- Proficiency in Joomla 4.4.10
- Strong graphic design skills
- Experience in creating bold, creative website designs
- Understanding of color theory and ability to work with bright and vibrant colors
- Knowledge of current web design trends and principles
Here are a few of the mandatory requirements for the website design:
1) The main design needs to be 980 pixels in width.
2) The main header graphic needs to be 980 pixels wide x 250 pixels high
3) The body of the website needs to have two columns with these dimensions: 730w large column on left, 250w small column on right
4) Footer dimensions will be 980pixels wide x 100pixels high
