Agency Owner prospecting for future contractor team!
Hey everyone, my name is raman thakur and I run a social media marketing agency.
I am looking for contractors who fall under all of the skillsets that I listed for this job.
Keep in mind: I am not currently hiring but I would like to get everyone's contact info considering I will be needing contractors in the next coming months and I plan to bring people on full time in the future as a part of the Agency Team.
If this does not seem worth your time because I am not immediately hiring I fully understand that, but I would like to say that when the time comes and I need contractors to hire, I will pay you generously ranging from $20 to $199+ per month depending on the work done. It may not be a bad idea to put this opportunity in your back pocket because everyone who reaches out to me initially, I WILL eventually reach out to you with work.
I ONLY use Slack, WhatsApp, Zoom and Flowzi to communicate with my team after going over the initial introductions on freelancer. (Never contact me through personal phone number/email at any stage in this process)

I am a very understanding and candor business owner so if we talk via. Video Call or Standard Messaging I will be very transparent and detailed with my intentions and how I want things done.
