Job board recruitment platform -- 2

I want to build a job board / recruitment platform where employers and candidates find each other and exchange messages. Main requirements include Login pages, candidate and company Profiles, a Search function (by location, skillset, salary), Messaging function, responsive Design. I have a pretty good idea of the the main layout, design and user flow.
