I'm looking for a skilled web designer/developer to completely overhaul the look and functionality of my job portal for teachers, www.teachersjobs.in. The site is built on PHP and SQL, and I want to enhance the user experience to be modern and clean.

- User Experience: Improve navigation and ease of access, enhance visual appeal and aesthetics, and upgrade interactive features and functionality.
