Job Eligibility Calculator - Web App

A company that provides access to employment, education, and various support services to uplift jobseekers into sustainable careers. Although many of those services are free, there are some services that require verification of eligibility based on household income, household size, and other criteria.
We seek a firm to provide process mapping to expeditiously determine if a client is eligible for at least one of our programs/services. Our goal is to direct a client through a web-based platform, an "Eligibility Calculator," and in a few steps and as little time as possible, let them know one of two answers:
"Yes! You qualify for our services!" or "We need additional information from you."
The "eligibility calculator" will eliminate the need for staff to complete the eligibility process and empowers the client to determine it for themselves. This allows for us to increase outreach and immediate access to our services independent of the availability of staff resources.
