Job Aggregator Site Building & Job Scraper -- 2

I'm seeking a capable developer to build a job listing aggregator with robust web scraping capabilities. This platform will be instrumental in collecting job listings from different job sites into one overarching catalogue, facilitating an efficient job hunting experience for users.
Key Functionalities:
- Develop complex scraping tools to extract job listings daily from LinkedIn, Jobstreet, and Google Jobs. Strong experience in web scraping and dealing with CAPTCHAs, AJAX, and dynamic websites is required.
- Implement functionality for new job postings to be submitted via a form on the website. Deep understanding of user-interface and experience in form design and submission is a plus.
The successful freelancer must have a good understanding of job search engines, aggregator platforms, and web crawling technologies. Practical experience in PHP, Python, Ruby or another similar language is desired. Understanding of various API integrations would be advantageous. In your bid, please include past web scraping and form design/implementation projects you've completed.

I currently have pre-purchased wordpress template with the following specs
1. Uses Elementor for the theme editing
2. Freelancer must be able to integrate Python code into a WordPress template coded in .php
3. Modify existing template to suit requirements
