Job Title: E-Commerce Website Manager (Jewelry Store)
Location: Delhi (Remote work options are acceptable, but must be based in Delhi)

Description: We are seeking an experienced and reliable E-Commerce Website Manager to maintain, update, and improve our jewelry website. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in e-commerce management, with expertise in website updates, product uploads, content management, and ongoing website maintenance.
Key Responsibilities:
Regularly update and manage the e-commerce website (product listings, images, descriptions, pricing, etc.)
Perform website maintenance (software updates, bug fixes, security patches, etc.)
Monitor and troubleshoot website functionality to ensure optimal performance
Ensure product pages are up-to-date with accurate information and high-quality images
Manage inventory updates and ensure seamless integration with e-commerce tools
Implement design changes and updates as needed to improve user experience (UX/UI)
Optimize the website for speed, mobile responsiveness, and SEO
Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to payments, orders, or customer experience
Coordinate with other team members for promotional campaigns and seasonal updates
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience managing e-commerce websites, preferably for jewelry or similar industries
Familiarity with platforms like Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, or custom-built websites
Strong knowledge of website maintenance, security, and performance optimization
Excellent attention to detail, with experience in updating product listings and content
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot website issues independently
Experience in SEO best practices, analytics, and improving user experience
Basic design skills (e.g., using tools like Adobe Photoshop or Canva) for product image updates
Good communication skills and ability to work independently
Located in Delhi (preferred, but open to remote candidates with Delhi availability for occasional meetings if necessary)
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working with jewelry e-commerce websites, understanding of product categorization, and inventory management
Knowledge of social media integration, email marketing, or advertising platforms (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, etc.)
Familiarity with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Shopify Analytics, etc.)
