Jewellery Sales eCommerce Site Development

I'm looking for a professional to help create an eCommerce site where I can sell physical goods. The site should have, at minimum, the following features:
- A shopping cart: This is essential for allowing customers to select multiple items for purchase.
- Customer reviews and product filtering: These features may be added in the future, so understanding how to implement them is key.
I plan to list between 51 to 200 products on the site initially, so the design should be able to accommodate and scale with future growth.
