Investor Website Development

I'm seeking a web developer to create a corporate/informational website for my company. The website needs to be:

- User-friendly on both mobile phones and laptops
- English and Arabic language options
- Incorporating text, images, videos, and multimedia
- Featuring interactive elements such as forms or maps

While I have a general idea of the website's color scheme and branding, I am open to suggestions. This is an ongoing project, and the website will need to be updated periodically.
