Investor-Startup Interaction Platform Development

I'm looking to create a comprehensive platform that connects investors with startups, akin to kobofunds.com, but tailored to the Italian market.
We would like to create a platform to present investment opportunities in startups to investors (similar to [https://kobofunds.com/](https://kobofunds.com/)). The platform should allow investors to register, view the presented startups, conduct due diligence, and express a soft commitment to invest in the startups. The company involved in the development and any interested freelancers will be able to review the platform to be cloned in order to make an accurate effort assessment. The platform must be developed in Italian (it is possible to develop it in English first and then translate it into Italian for simplicity).
Key Requirements:
- A fully functional investor dashboard where investors can:
- Search for and filter startups based on their interests and investment capacity.
- Track their due diligence process.
- Keep tabs on their soft commitments.
- A website that supports both English and Italian. The English version will be the primary, followed by a professionally translated Italian version.
Technical Specifications:
- I'm open to various building platforms, there's no specific preference. But the final product must be robust, user-friendly and visually appealing.
- For the platform's authentication methods, I'd like to incorporate:
- Email and password logins.
- Options for Social Media logins.
Ideal Candidates:
- Proficient in web development with a strong portfolio in building similar interactive platforms.
- Experience in creating bilingual websites is a plus.
- Knowledge in implementing secure and reliable authentication methods.
- Understanding of the startup-investor ecosystem.
