Interior Design Website Creation and Instagram Consulting

I am in need of a creative, skilled web designer who can help me build a new interior design website. I like my current website - www.howarthdesigns.com, but it needs to be updated and/or redesigned/recreated. I prefer a minimalistic, modern, timeless design and like to be closely involved in the creative process. I might also be interested in finding an expert Instagram user to consult to develop my Instagram presence. A designer local to the Washington, DC metropolitan area would be ideal but not required. While I'd like to have a quote or estimate for a finished website, I am open to paying on an hourly basis for ongoing services.
Requirements:
- I need a website that can serve as a portfolio showcasing my previous interior design projects. This means the website should have a beautiful and functional gallery or slider for images, possibly with before-and-after shots.
- I'd like the website to have a contact form, through which potential clients can reach out to me for inquiries and consultations.
- I might like to include a section on the website for design inspiration and to give my audience a glimpse into my process and thoughts.
