Interactive Website Development with E-commerce

I'm looking for a web developer with experience in e-commerce and interactive website features to build a site with the following components:
1. Live Stream: The website should have the capability to embed live content from external sources. The specified platform for this has not been confirmed yet, so flexibility and adaptability will be key.
2. Media Download: There should be a comprehensive library of downloadable files, including PDFs, Videos, and Audio files.
3. Book and Media Store: An online shop needs to be integrated into the site for selling books and other media. The developer will need to set up a system for uploading product details and media items to the product page.
4. Donation: A secure and easy-to-use donation feature should be incorporated into the site.
5. VOIP Call: The website should facilitate internet calls directed by an IVR system. This system should be designed to guide callers to either send an email or follow other predetermined paths.
6. Chatbot: A user-friendly automated assistant for customer support should be integrated. This chatbot needs to be programmed to ask visitors for their name, the reason for reaching out, and their email for follow-up.
The ideal candidate for this project should have prior experience in developing interactive websites with e-commerce capabilities.
