Interactive Landing Page Design for New Service

I have written a brief and have created wireframes for a landing page. The goal of this landing page is to introduce a new service and entice users to either 1) schedule an appointment or 2) submit their contact information. I need these wireframes converted to polished and refined designs (along with image selection) within the next 24 hours.
