Interactive Construction Materials Display Development

I'm looking for a developer to create an interactive display solution for showcasing construction materials. This project has two options, a basic static web-based interface and a fully customized dynamic solution. Solution shall be open source

Option B (Custom Dynamic Interactive Solution):
- Fully customized, dynamic product display
- Advanced interactivity & animations
- Backend CMS for content updates
- Mobile & tablet responsiveness

The display will support all platforms (Web, Mobile, and Tablet), and will need to showcase both images and videos. I have no specific preference for the technology stack or framework, so flexibility and adaptability are key.

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Strong background in UI/UX design
- Proficiency in creating interactive web-based solutions
- Experience with high-quality image and video integration
- Familiarity with developing responsive designs
- Previous work with CMS integration would be a plus.
