Objective:
Integrate a robust and flexible subscription management solution on the Visual-Est Webflow site, allowing users to choose a variable number of credits and manage their subscription (including pausing or changing the number of crédits when they want).
Key features:
Choice of credits: Users must be able to choose a number of credits (between 1 and 50) when subscribing.
Subscription: The user can choose between a monthly plan, trimestrial plan or yearly plan.
Subscription management:
Users can pause their subscription.
Users can change the number of credits in their current subscription in their Dashboard.
Invoicing: Integration with Stripe for invoicing, including VAT support and management of variable amounts based on the number of credits chosen.
Integration with Webflow: The solution must be seamlessly integrated with the existing Webflow site.

Solutions under consideration: Memberstack, Stripe Billing, (…) ?

Evaluate the current solution (Memberstack) and determine the limitations for our use case.
Based on the assessment, recommend the best approach to meet Visual-Est's needs (e.g. continue with Memberstack with modifications, move to another platform, or combine several tools).
Implement the recommended solution, ensuring that integration with Webflow is seamless and does not disrupt the existing user experience.
Thoroughly test the new subscription solution to ensure that it meets all our criteria and runs smoothly.
Delivery:
A fully functional subscription solution integrated with the Webflow site.
Detailed documentation on the implemented solution, including how to manage subscriptions, update prices, etc.
Training or knowledge transfer session for the Visual-Est team to manage the new solution.
