Instagram shop from Cargo website

Hello! I'm Flora.
I'm trying to get the instagram shop for my activity. I've spoke with a professional and she told me
that I need someone who can install the Facebook / Instagram pixel correctly to my Cargo website.
The domain was created via Wix and transferred to Cargo via Iwantmyname. Now I can't modify the DNS and proceed to get my instagram shop.
In the pictures you can see that my instagram shop wasn't approved due to a product not available on the website (but is there and functioning).
Can somebody help me? I've made the website by myself but it's not professional.
