I'm on the lookout for a capable website developer to create a resourceful platform majorly for sharing information and content. The primary functionality of the website is not selling items, but creating a conduit for detailed content communication. Furthermore, the site must feature a Credit/Debit Card online payment method embedded on it, although e-commerce is not the main objective. The ideal candidate for this project would have:
