Independent Figma UI / Visual Designer

We are looking for an experienced, hands-on Figma UI designer who can take written or verbal requirements and turn them into clean, purposeful, developer-ready designs.

This is not just about making screens look good. We need someone who can understand the business purpose behind a task, improve the visual direction, and leave behind well-organised Figma files that are easy for a development team to use.

Typical work may include:

Restyling ERP print layouts while keeping the business purpose clear
Designing new UI screens for web applications
Restyling mobile app screens
Creating clean, organised Figma files ready for developer hand-off
Improving existing layouts, forms, fields, and workflows
Building reusable components, styles, and design patterns

You should be confident with modern Figma workflows, including Auto Layout, components, variants, shared styles, naming conventions, and tidy file structure.

We value clarity, organisation, and practical design thinking. The right person will bring experience, make sensible decisions independently, and improve the quality of the design system over time.
