Increase site speed of 2 websites and do UX design fixes

Looking for a coder who can increase the site speed on two basic websites. Speed of website is currently well below industry standard. Also need recommendations on how to increase site speed moving forward as we add new imagery and products.
Also need some site imagery proportion adjustments on collection pages.
