Improve my website and make it rank on search

We are a startup based in Bangalore. Looking to add an experienced web developer to our team to manage and improve our website. Primary tasks required:
1. Make our admin dashboard robust and strong. Also add multiple new features.
2. Make our user facing website SEO-friendly. (it is currently built on React, so either implement Server Side Rendering or Recode in NextJs. These websites will need some redesigning and feature addition as well.
Looking for someone with a prior experience in e-commerce SEO/website management and a person who loves working in a startup culture.
