Improve a web design

Hi, I have a very simple web page (only composed of header, 3 logos, a carousel, and cards) that needs improvement.
What I'm looking for is someone who can redesign it and give me 3 UIs: for mobile, tablet, and laptop.
I will also be coding this on Tailwind CSS, so I need the looks to be modern and tailwind-like.
Output I need: 3 UIs in Figma, name or values of colors used, name of font used.
