Improve the Speed of charity Website

I have a WIX website that needs speed improvement, especially the mobile view. Therefore the project is simple to make changes to the website to improve page speed. The Google page speed test has the mobile version scoring 23 and desktop scoring 58. A good outcome would be for both desktop and mobile to be scoring over 90. My budget is $100 AUD.
