WHAT NEEDS TO BE IMPROVED?
• We receive registrations from non-real users (spam)
• As an Employer login, in the "saved candidates" section you cannot remove the "save" with a single click immediately, you have to go to the appropriate section. Allow you to click on save to add or remove favourite candidates from the dashboard.
• When logging in as a candidate you can select your favourite jobs via the "heart" but again you cannot undo this with one click, you must always go to the profile first and then to the "favourite jobs" section. Click on the heart to add or remove the favourite job from the dashboard.
• In the menu at the bottom of the page (footer) remove link 'cv packages'.
• Add signup with social accounts to log in as employer
• Keyword search (if I type in "site manager" for example, it does not find it within the CVs).
Allow keyword search both within the candidate profile but also within uploaded CVs.
• Improve translation (do word for word)
WHAT WE CAN ADD THAT IS MISSING
• Each time a candidate views a position, we could put under 'similar jobs' with at least 3-4 similar positions to send the candidate to other positions that might be in his or her interest.
• Automatic chatbots that ask and answer your questions.
• Job Alerts.
• On new positions we could create a "new" pop up to distinguish new jobs.
• Box on the home page with 'receive preview notifications' so candidates enter their email and will always be aware of new offers in real time.
• Extract profile from cv uploaded and fill automatuclly the candidate's profile based on cv
• From employer login, in find candidate, in the candidate profile, allow to preview the cv without downloading it
• Drag and drop cv into the website to import new candidates profile
