Hubspot Expert for Lead Generation Landing Page

I'm in need of a professional with extensive experience in Hubspot to create a landing page tailored for lead generation.
Key Requirements:
- The landing page will need to collect specific information from visitors; primarily their Name and Email, Phone Number, and day and time they want us to contact them
- Content will mainly consist of Text and Images, so a good eye for design and layout is crucial.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proven track record of creating successful landing pages on Hubspot.
- Strong understanding of lead generation strategies.
- Excellent design skills, with the ability to create visually appealing landing pages.
- Good communication skills to understand and implement my vision for the page.
It is important that when the visitor fills out the form the information will be forwarded to two or three different email
