Hotel Booking Engine and Channel Management

I am a Website Designer, Using Joomla and WordPress. I focus on the B&Bs and Guesthouses industry in South Africa. I would like to offer a full solution to my clients. Web Hosting, Website and integrated booking engine and Channel Management Software. It must also be able to be a Property Management software. It must also be able to link to a payment gateway like Payfast. I am starting out, so I need to keep the costs to a minimum and I want to provide a cost effective solution to my clients.
