We are looking for a freelance UI/UX designer to create an intuitive and visually appealing user interface for HomeMaintain, a SaaS platform that helps homeowners manage recurring maintenance tasks efficiently.
Project Overview
HomeMaintain is a multilingual home maintenance management platform designed to assist users in scheduling and tracking home upkeep tasks. The platform includes features such as automated task scheduling, reminders, expense tracking, contractor partnerships, and a digital home log. The UI/UX design should prioritize ease of use, accessibility, and scalability, supporting both web and mobile applications in the future.
Key Requirements
User-Centric Dashboard: A clean and well-structured home dashboard displaying upcoming tasks, overdue tasks, and recommended maintenance.
Task Management UI: Users should be able to add, edit, and organize maintenance tasks, including pre-set and custom tasks.
Onboarding & House Registration Flow: A simple step-by-step process for adding home details (e.g., address, size, heating type).
Task Suggestions & Smart Scheduling: Dynamic task recommendations based on house details with intuitive activation options.
Home Log & Record-Keeping: A user-friendly interface for tracking completed tasks, adding notes, and exporting reports.
Expense & Consumption Tracking: Allow users to log costs and track energy/water consumption with receipt scanning.
Subscription & Payment Integration: An intuitive UI for subscription management and manual payment processing via Paytrail.
Multilingual Support: UI elements should be adaptable for Finnish, English, and Swedish.
Mobile-Friendly & Scalable Design: Web-first but adaptable for future mobile app development.
Deliverables
Wireframes and mockups for key screens.
A clickable prototype for user testing.
UI design assets, including icons and color schemes.
UX documentation outlining user flows and interactions.
Design system and style guide for consistency.
Ideal Freelancer
Proven experience in UI/UX design for SaaS applications.
Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
Experience with responsive and accessible design.
Understanding of multilingual UI considerations.
Knowledge of subscription-based platform design is a plus.
