Job Role: UI Developer (Software Engineer)
Experience: 3+ years
Job Skill Requirements:
Extensive experience building web applications.
Strong Problem solving, coding skills, Javascript, OOJS, React.JS, Tailwind CSS design architecture
Expert level Javascript (ES6), HTML, CSS.
Strong computer science fundamentals: data structures, algorithms, design patterns.
Hands-on experience in deployment and designing release strategy for enterprise application
Excellent debugging and problem-solving capability
Strong proficiency in JavaScript and the JavaScript object model
Experience in building scalable UI applications
Experience in modern workflows webpack
Thorough understanding of React.js and its core principles
Experience with popular React.js workflows (such as Redux)
Experience in Mobile and Responsive UIs
Motivated team player who goes over and above what is asked
Proficient in software development using CICD Pipelines and git.
Proficient in unit testing using Mocha/Jest/jasmine, writing mocks and automated functional tests
Strong hands on development skills to prototype technical solutions.
Strong desire to drive change, and ability to adapt to change quickly. Proficient in new and emerging technologies.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills - including negotiation, facilitation, and consensus building skills; ability to influence and persuade, without direct control.
Strong in Agile (Scrum) methodology
Participating in code reviews, design reviews, architecture discussions.
Being responsible for Scaling, Performance & Quality for the team.
Passion for retail, technology, experience design and open source solutions
Quick & Excellent Problem Solving skills for complex & large scale problems.
Have a deep understanding of web-related concepts such as browser compatibility, accessibility, performance, testing, UI testing, DNS, traffic management, load balancing.

1. Knowledge in Bootstrap, Material Design and AntD
2. Knowledge in automated front end regression tests
Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Good technical knowledge and having experience in UI design, plan & development using Agile methodology.
2. Strong technical background with intuitive design sense & design pattern
3. Participate in requirement discussion, design, creating mock and development.
4. Work closely with across team members of the development team with quality deliverables.
5. Ability to anticipate potential problems, determine and implement solutions.
6. Good communication skills, with an ability to express and understand complex technical concepts.
