High end UI design for website home page.

We are a growing app and software development company who is giving our website a facelift. We find it difficult working on our own brands design as we are too close to it and we never seem to create a decision around it. We have a new look and feel in mind as well as a live examples for this although we would like a talented/experienced designer to design the ultimate flow of the home page so we can carry it through as our brand identity. This is not a landing page but rather a page to set the tone for the rest of the website. "Dark mode" design experience is a must.
