Go High Level Expert
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
Looking for a GHL expert to work on an ongoing basis with us. We are building a custom CRM for a niche industry. The bulk of the CRM/automation system is complete. Will need to finish the final few elements: (adding a webinar feature & adding a digital business card like Linktree). May be additional things to add as we go. This freelancer will be responsible for ensuring our primary system is functioning properly. All automations are firing correctly, all forms work, basically the whole mother platform is working as it should.
When clients sign up, this person will be responsible for:
-Setting up clients account
-Moving our snapshot into clients account
-Making sure their emails, domains, numbers etc...are set up correctly
May be additional tasks as we progress. Initial project will be to complete our system/snapshot. This will include:
-Adding a Webinar to the site/platform
-Adding a template business card
-Setting up final payment
Clients will have the option of a DIY CRM setup where we will provide them with training videos on how to set up their own system or they may choose a Done For You setup where we will move the snapshot into their account and get it set up for them. The Done For You set up would be the responsible of the person we hire. They will need to communicate with the clients via slack channel that they create. Will need a flat fee price for setting up each client who onboards. Since it's only a snapshot and simple setup, we need to have clients account fully set up within 72 hours of them onboarding. Process will be the same for each client.
This project may turn into a longer term and more involved project as our company grows but to start will be billed on a per client basis.
Please provide two proposed prices. The first will be for our own system/platform completion and will include:
-Adding a Webinar to the site/platform
-Adding a template business card/linktree
-Setting up payments in Stripe
-Setting up a slack channel to communicate with clients who onboard
The second will be the flat fee price per client for onboarding them and getting their account setup.
