Help with instagram shop set up -- 2

I have a problem with my business Instagram account. I previously had approval and an Instagram shop , I discontinued my Shopify account and use another ecommerce . Now I do not have a shop on my Instagram and the settings option to apply for a shop has disappeared. I need help to find out how to reapply for an Instagram shop again so I can tag my products for my sales.
