Help us with UX design and Layout for Webpage

A layout for a desktop website is to be developed on the basis of a written explanatory text. The result should be a click dummy, such as with Adobe XD. It is not about the design itself, but about the layout of the page. It is not only a page with information, but users can draw floor plans, materials and working hours can be managed. It is meant for internal project management. I have attached a first starting point. The project will need some iterations and the description can be improved in a conversation and when the first layouts are there.
