Help with Site Structure and Landing Page

Note :- I do not want Wireframing or UI/UX Designers, Website Developers, Digital or Social Media or SEO Marketing Experts, etc.
What I am looking for is?
>> Person who can understand the services I provide, analyze the competitor website and guide me what should be the Website Site Plan. Basically Robust Landing Page design and other pages for website with all the information client need to proceed down the Sales funnel. Basically Page should describe my services, explain who we are as a company, and highlight what sets us apart from competitors. Also guiding consumer exactly what to do next.
>> Also I wanted to identify what is the primary goal of my website? What Call to action user should take once he/she reach the website?
>> I want someone who can understand my customer’s mindset and come up with sections will be there on the Website, Rough Content and Idea for Images. Main goal should be it should appeal the the Customers and they will work with me.
>> So the end goal is nothing but making a solid home page n other pages and logical, simple flow towards the converting the client.
>> Details about my business I have attached in the document below. It is rough and my own thoughts and may not be correct.
