Help with Facebook Pixel

I want to relaunch a Facebook Ad that I was running last year, but I seem to be having an issue with the Facebook Pixel I have installed on 2 of the pages in my sales funnel. It has the yellow warning icon when I look in 'Facebook Pixel Helper'.

Please help me fix this Facebook Pixel issue so I can launch this facebook ad.

Both pages were built in LeadPages.
