Help to talk (Talkhelper)

A friend of mine had a stroke a couple of years ago. Lost the ability to speak but can read to some degree. The Accessibel software is too complex and I would like to give him some sort of Wintree or tabs that he can use on his tablet.
Easily explained a column with tabs where you enter suggestions for actions such as Go to, Travel to, Drive to and more. When he tastes one of them, a new column appears with a series of suggestions. Maybe also a third column of notations.
It may also be possible to add / import illustrations as well as the text. shows a drawing of "Go to".
