Help me design and optimise my website

Hi, I have a website under the domain Squarespace. I have all the content ready in a Powerpoint with instructions but I need help with the design to make it look more professional as it wasn't as easy as I expected. I would like to have a Freelance with previous experience working in Squarespace.
