Help me build a mobile website

I need a website showicading beauity services, and users can have the ability to a request for a service. Their request will then sent to an admin and they can either accept or decline the request. Users select their own booking dates and times. Business hours are from 9 to 4. No payments will be processed it is just a request Management System.

I have a database with django restframework so far and jwt authentication with djoser. My appointment model has a service, start time, end time, number of recipients, price, status.
