Help Make Simple/Clean, Personal , and Professional blog -- 2

Writing is one of my many hobbies. I write for fun. Writing is a lifestyle for me. I journal daily. I write poems. I write essays. I write motivational speeches. The majority of the pieces I write are not published. I have been writing mostly for myself. However, I would like to change this now through blogging.
I am looking for someone to help me set up a conversational style blog website. that is simple, personal, and professional. To web design a weblog that will allow me to share my experiences as a third culture kid and a person of faith through storytelling, writings, poems, and videos. The goal of my blog is essentially for me not to impress, but to impact and engage the public particularly the youth generation. I am hoping by sharing some of my loudest thoughts and experiences will inspire youth particularly the ones from underprivileged communities to become better versions of themselves. Additionally, I would like to use this blog as an opportunity to make an extra income. Thus, I would like for the blog to have a component that will allow guests to book me for poetry recital and motivational speeches at events such as weddings, graduation, etc. Also, a place for them to book me for advocacy speeches for events pertaining to refugees, youth and women empowerment, Pan-Africanism, and being a third culture kid.
I would like for the blog website "face"/"visage" or "front' to have some African aesthetic/Afrocentric, nature, and peace aspects/features. Something that says African, culture, nature, and peace lover!
I have a blog website that I create through bluehost and word press, but I do not like the way it looks and I cannot figure out how to make it look the way I want.
