Help me Build a Creative and Inviting Website

Hi everyone!
I’m looking for someone to build me a unique website for my “on the side” freelance work. I’m an avid language learner, and I have recently started to go professional. Currently, my main tasks are editing, proofreading, content writing, etc. I’d like to quickly note that I’m still in the beginning stages of my overall thought process as to what I’d like to have included. Therefore, it may be an “on and off” ongoing project.
However, I can confidently say that I’d someone who can fulfill the following:
1). Design the website to give off a relaxed, international vibe. I want it to be a website that is unique and not “run of the mill…”
2). Interpret my thoughts and desires and turn them into a professional website.
3). Bring creativity and patience. I am not at all strict on deadlines and relatively relaxed. I’m happy to set milestones as we go, and you can simply fit it into your schedule as time allows.
In building a website with the hope of “going live” by late spring or early summer, I am open to your suggestions, and I will let you take the reigns on design. I will also provide you with the content that I’d like to be displayed; however, if you come across any items that you think ought to be changed or amended, I’m always open to suggestions.
In your proposal, please include “websites are cool” at the very end, so I know you read this. :)
