Helath monitoring system for patient

I am looking for a developer who can create a health monitoring system for me. The system needs to be able to monitor temperature, heart rate, and oxygen levels in real-time. Additionally, I need the system to provide reports and data analytics so that I have a clear view into the health of my patient. I have a limited budget and am ready to discuss details with experienced professionals. We are willing to use MAX30100 and MLX90614 for our project and we will be live traking the data of patient.
